Home / Recipes / Murgh Malai Tikka Murgh Malai Tikka Chicken cooked in a marinade with yoghurt, cheese, coriander and chillies Ingredients (Serves 4) 550gms chicken thighs cut to bite size pieces1 tbsp malt vinegar4 garlic cloves ground to a paste1 ginger ground to a paste1 tbsp Greek yoghurt50mls double cream1 heaped tsp corn flour25gms cheddar cheese grated1 tsp green chilli paste (add a bit less if you prefer less spicy)1 tsp finely chopped coriander leavesSalt to tasteMelted butter for bastingPinch garam masala powderPinch chaat masala powder or lime juiceGreen chutney and onion rings to serve Related Recipes Hyderabadi Murgh ka Salan A well made salan is a thing of wonder. The marinating is done in two parts; first in vinegar, garlic and ginger which help tenderise the chicken pieces and then followed by adding the remaining ingredients.
